Fihri Foundation's commitment to women and girls in crisis extends to the Caribbean, where we brought menstrual health relief to Jamaica in the wake of the devastating hurricane that struck in October 2025. Partnering with a remarkable mother-daughter duo, we hosted a Period Palooza in Jamaica — a community-centered event designed to distribute period products and restore a sense of dignity and normalcy to women and girls whose lives had been upended by the storm. This partnership is a testament to the power of grassroots action; when passionate individuals and dedicated organizations come together, even the most vulnerable communities can feel seen, supported, and cared for.
