Fihri Foundation's reach extends into the heart of the Middle East and North Africa, where we are delivering menstrual dignity to women and girls navigating some of the most challenging humanitarian crises of our time.

In partnership with the University of Birmingham Dubai Campus, we distributed period products to women in need across the UAE, bringing essential support to underserved communities in the region. Our work has also carried us into the most urgent corners of humanitarian need — distributing period products to women and girls in Gaza and Lebanon amid ongoing genocide, providing relief to survivors of the devastating earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria, and reaching women and girls in Morocco.

At Fihri Foundation, we believe that crisis should never strip a woman of her dignity, and we remain committed to ensuring that menstrual health is never an afterthought in humanitarian response — because when women and girls have what they need to survive and thrive, entire communities are stronger for it.
